We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy items like treadmills or weight benches are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer warranties on your fitness products?
Yes, all Anson Fitness equipment comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
